Our Inspiration
Lt Subir Kr. Ganguly
LT Subir Kr. Ganguly (1929 – 2025) was the visionary whose life inspired the guiding principle of “Service to Mankind” at Hope Care – Heal Foundation.
He served as Vice-Principal, Vinaya-Bhavan (Department of Education), Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan, and was widely respected for his humility, integrity, and compassion.
After voluntary retirement, he offered free English Literature education to students, ensuring that no learner ever returned home hungry. His modest pension was selflessly used to support medical care, housing, and the elderly among tribal communities near his home.
Rising above religious boundaries, he spread values of love, honesty, selflessness, and communal harmony, supporting diverse faiths while uniting people through action.
Through his quiet deeds, he taught that true leadership is measured by service, not recognition, and that one life can touch countless others.
Fondly known as “Jethu,” he showed how a life lived quietly for others can create lasting change.
Inspired by his ideals, Hope Care – Heal Foundation continues its journey of service to mankind, with a special focus on community care and women empowerment.
Our Mentor
Dr. Pradip Ganguly
Dr. Pradip Ganguly is a respected physician, mentor, and humanitarian whose life and work have influenced generations of patients, students, and doctors. With a medical career spanning over five decades, he embodies compassion, dedication, and ethical practice.
An alumnus of Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan, he served as a Specialist in the Department of Medicine at Visva-Bharati Hospital, earning admiration for his clinical acumen and patient-centric approach.
Affectionately known as Bolpur’s “Daktar Babu”, he has been a trusted family doctor and guide. Beyond his clinic, he has quietly supported many, from helping a rickshaw puller buy his livelihood to funding a staff member’s child’s education.
Patients value not only his diagnostic skills and healing hands, but also his reassuring smile, wisdom, and comforting presence.
A gifted teacher and speaker, he is invited as a chairperson and keynote speaker at prestigious medical conferences, inspiring young doctors with experience, clarity, and ethics.
Passionate about music, recitation, and the arts, he continues to serve patients tirelessly, maintaining the same warmth and dedication even in his seventies.
His life of service, humility, and excellence makes him a true role model and the guiding inspiration for the Hope-Care-Heal Foundation.

Dr. Salmoli Ganguly is a Dental Surgeon and Implantologist combining clinical expertise with community service. Her work supports oral cancer rehabilitation and welfare initiatives for women and children.

Oral ONCO and Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Debdip Ganguly is a compassionate Oral Oncosurgeon transforming cancer care through expertise and humanity. He serves patients beyond medicine through the Hope-Care-Heal Foundation’s life-changing initiatives.

Dr. Indradip Ganguly is a public health professional dedicated to improving community well-being through preventive medicine, health education, and social awareness.
